Exclusive: Real estate firm turning old NE Heights warehouse into a restaurant destination


After successfully renovating an old post office in the Northeast Heights into Marble Brewery’s new taproom and a restaurant for Slice Parlor, Albuquerque developers Coe & Peterson have bought another property to reimagine.

Coe & Peterson purchased a 28,000-square-foot office and warehouse building in the Northeast Heights to turn into a lifestyle and restaurant development. The building is at 6001 Osuna Road NE, just west of the Arroyo del Oso Golf Course and the restaurant Monroe’s, a local favorite.

Teneé Swingle, a broker with Coe & Peterson, said the real estate company closed on the 2-acre property last year and was waiting to finish up its other Heights project before starting this one.
