The priority for Marble Brewery’s co-owners will still be to make beer. But with the forthcoming opening of its Northeast Heights taproom, the business partners will also be landlords, too.
Marble’s co-owners, Soren and Devin Peters, with Marble president and brewmaster Ted Rice, created an LLC to purchase their new Northeast Heights taproom’s building.
The Albuquerque-based company Coe & Peterson recently redeveloped the 8,700-square-foot old post office at 9904 Montgomery Blvd. NE, which has Marble Brewery as its anchor along with local pizza eatery Slice Parlor.
“This was a huge success to find a great Northeast Heights redevelopment project with all local players,” said Teneé Swingle with Coe & Peterson. “The project is in great hands with the Marble team and we can’t wait to see their and Slice Parlor’s successes.”
