Albuquerque-based Breve Crepes and Coffee’s second location has been open for about a month and it is already cooking up an expansion. And that’s not the only activity happening in the shopping center off Osuna and San Pedro.
Breve co-owner Mandy Garrison previously said the financial and customer success of the coffee and crepe shop allowed it to expand. Now, it is doubling its space with an additional 1,662 square feet and adding a patio in the lifestyle development.
The development owned by Coe and Peterson began construction in the first quarter. It joins other, multimillion-dollar developments planned for the Northeast Heights area. A $13 million development is planned for Snow Heights Promenade on the corner of Eubank and Menaul Boulevards. And Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group a lso has plans for the area.
